This unit has all of the amenities that you would expect at an affordable price. It is located on the 2nd floor close to the elevator and the stairs and is just a few short steps to the pool and to the gas grills for those cookouts.
Summer Breeze is a small condo complex with a large parking area. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The Guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Walkways are shaded around the units and boarded walkway to the beach.
