Relax in your own private paradise at this beautiful North Shore vacation home located in the wonderful Princeville Resort. From the moment you approach the tropically landscaped gardens and enter the quiet courtyard you will be mesmerized by panoramic ocean views from the entire first floor level. In the courtyard there is a patio for dining, barbequing, or just having your morning coffee while viewing the ocean or listening to the quiet waterfall in the tropical pond. Step down into the custom furnished Great Room facing the ocean and adjoining the beautiful raised dining room. There is also a wet bar and an entertainment area with Television/DVD/VCR and Stereo. This comfortable home has over nine hundred square feet of completely private decking and a spa overlooking the ocean and rain forest jungle. Imagine watching the wonderful Hawaiian Humpback Whales from upstairs and downstairs or from the deck and spa area of Hale Kono Kai.
If cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less $50.00 service charge and $40.00 reservation fee. If cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, the entire booking deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made less 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rent plus taxes unless the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount. All cancellations must be made in writing (email and fax are exceptable).
Features of this House
The three bedrooms on the first floor include one king with adjoining bath. The second is a 2 queen bedroom and the third has 2 twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The first floor also includes an office area with computer and printer. The entire second floor master suite, with Queen size bed, is a quiet retreat area with panoramic ocean views. A separate stairway to the outside spa/deck is accessible from the Master Suite. The master bath has a large step-down soaking tub/shower and dressing area with walk-in closet. Make a morning cup of coffee in the mini-kitchen and relax in the large sitting area on one of the comfortable chairs or on the Futon sofa which can be made into an additional bed.
