Down on the garage level there is a ping pong table and shower.The home has two ocean side decks which offer great outdoor living space. The first floor deck has a hammock and rocker chairs, which are great for relaxing. There is also a gas grill available for cooking out, and a table and chairs so that you can dine al fresco while enjoying the ocean/fairway views.
